      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the main menu go to: Settings--Connectivity--Internet settings--Connect to: this will be set to the mobile carrier's data account, so change this to a dummy internet account--select and from options, create new--just give it a name, select and save it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

However, using the same principle, I've selected 'contract internet' which seems to be working as he doesn't have a contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
