    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I own a W-705 and am under the warranty period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Few days back, all my contact on the phone book in the phone memmory got deleted and was unable to access the message box or enter a new contact in the phone book.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, s&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'courier new', courier;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ome of my applications like caculator, code memo, google maps, etc could not be accessed.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was suggested to try master reset and I did the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Almost all the problems related to messages and contact book got solved except the ones related to the applications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'courier new', courier;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Am still unable to access the calculator, code memo or google maps&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ba/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the course of action I need to follow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
