In the help desk lines it only seems to talk about 7-8 flashes. Any clues as to how I might resolve the problem or is this terminal? I've tried the 020 number and a simple re-boot was suggested ( switch off at wall, unplug attached STBs, wait a couple of minutes and switch on again ) No luck with that, so I was given the numbers for a couple of Service Agents and that the number of red flashes in the sequence was important info for them.
