SONY BRAVIA XR-65A84KU 65" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR OLED

Just purchased an new OLED as above and having issues with connections of a sound bar via the HDMI ARC and a surround sound/Blue Ray via HDMI.

When I connect the soundbar via ARC it works fine, I then add the surround sound via another HDMI port and there is no sound from the soundbar but the volume numbers go up and down.

If I then remove the HDMI for the surround sound and restart the TV the soundbar works again, I'm sure this is something simple but its got me?

Any ideas?

Hey @cdp1203, first try to turn the TV off and unplug the power along with any external devices, then replug the power and test the performance again.

You can also try different HDMI cables and different HDMI port to plug the Blue-Ray Player.

If that didn't work, let us know the models numbers of the soundbar and the blu-ray player and it would be great if you tested them with different TV as well
