      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please may I request help with an odd issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the above head unit installed in a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU. It was installed by a reputable installer in London.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently, I have been losing the ability to use the steering controls. So I have to program the buttons every time I use the vehicle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've done some research online, it could possibly be the clock spring in the steering wheel which I will change regardless. Last resort, it could be a loose wire at the back of the unit, poss from a rough ride jolting the harness, but would be a long shot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone has any ideas about this issue, I would much appreciate any input.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
