how to bring key pad when receiving a call

Please can someone advise me. I need to bring a key pad to select a number when answering incoming call. How can I do this on my Sony Xperia SP? Please could you advise? Thanks

I am not quite sure that I understand what you want to do.

Do you want to access the dial pad when you are in a phone call? For example, you need to type in 2# to be transferred to the correct department when calling a doctor or such?
