Hi,

So I have my sony ericsson txt pro that have been black screen for ages.. Just recently, it comes to my mind to google the problem. so I found out that it can be repair using pc companion.

Unfortunately, my pc companion won't detect my phone but my laptop can detect the phone memory. plus, the pc companion also can detect my sony xperia c. So I kinda confuse why my laptop can detect the phone memory but the pc companion cant.

any idea? thank you.

I'm sorry to hear about your phone.

Sony Ericsson txt Pro has reached its end of support date, meaning there is no software available for it. This unfortunately means that you cannot repair or update the software using PC Companion or our new software Xperia Companion as this device is no longer supported.

I'd say your best bet is to contact your Local support in order to check if an authorized service centre can assist you with this.
