Hi every one !!! I have a problem with my Sony Xperia M4, in video calls from whassap and msn Facebook, they do not listen to me but if they see me .. I listen to them normally and I see them too .. Please help with my problem. Thank you

Make sure to report the bugs to the app developers whatsapp and facebook.

Welcome to the community.

Because these are third party applications there is little we will be able to do here to resolve the problems.

In general, when an application is misbehaving it is recommended to reset the app. You can do this by going to Settings > Apps > [Problem app] > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Data, then restart your phone.

If that does not help, contact the app developer from the Google Play Store page and let them know about the issue.
