...Had using Play Memories Online have permit pirates to download pictures they wanted on my album. With option save all at off... when I saved one picture the time was long my mobile started turn hot, the LTE arrows uploaded with download and data consommation don't moved. I have put my phone at plane mode for minute than on again re-uploaded the picture who taken only haft second now to be correctly transfered. Please bring my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua more secure it's long and frustrating all restart to zero. I'm afraid I don't quite understand what you're after, did synchronizing your pictures to an online storage not work? If I misunderstood you, could you explain further?

I think I got it, are you referring to PlayMemories shutting down and you are trying to download your pictures/videos?
