Having trouble setting up Bank app

Hi,

I have an account with Natwest and they have a mobile app that I've downloaded to my phone (Sony Xperia L1) I can fill all the details in OK, but when Natwest send me the verification pin I have to leave the app to find the pin (SMS). But when I go back to the banking app I've got to start all over again. The bank sends me a different pin each time so I end up back at the start again.

I went5 to my Natwest branch but I might as well have gone to Costa's and got a coffee for all the help I got in the bank.

Is there a way of splitting the screen so I can keep the banking app open while I see what the pin is in the sms.

Hi @Fabian7, sorry to hear about this.

There is indeed a way to view two apps at the same time on your Xperia L1. Do note though that all apps do not support the split screen view. To view two apps at the same time please follow the steps below.

Open an app.
Touch and hold the Recent apps key.
Two screens appear. The bottom screen lists recent apps.
On the bottom screen, select a second app.

And to exit the split screen view, touch and hold the bar between the apps and drag the bar to the top or to the bottom of the screen.
