      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1264672"&gt;@TwinTing31&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the support forum!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition to what&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202"&gt;@uliwooly&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned, reboot your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008" target="_self"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; and try to start for example a youtube video to see if the same behaviour occur there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of the troubleshooting methods manage to get it sorted and the behaviour persists in safe mode, I suggest that you try to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self"&gt;repair the software on the phone using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; and a computer. Do note though that this will erase all user data from the phone, so it is advised to do a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-backup-and-restore-your-files-using-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1117112" target="_self"&gt;backup&lt;/A&gt; before the repair to avoid data loss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
