How can I get incoming calls to ring for a longer time?

Phone only rings once before cuts off.

Does the whole call end or just the ringtone stops playing while the call is still in the ringing state?

If the call ends, then we can't help you with this. The operator or the network provider will be the one who can control the length of ringing.

If the ringtone stops before the ringing ends, then you can try and change it to another longer one.

The call ends and then go to answer phone.

Hi @Wrightie, welcome to our forum!

Since the call goes almost directly to voice mail, I would recommend that you get in touch with your operator and they should be able to raise the amount of time it takes before the call is transferred to your voice mail as the device is not equipped with a built in answering machine.

Called service provider and they fixed right away.
