Hi @Anton7, sorry to hear about this.

When you try to enable Wi-Fi in Settings > Wi-Fi, by dragging the slider to the right, is the slider not moving or can the phone not find any Wi-Fi networks when it has been enabled? Is there any change if you try and enable Wi-Fi from the quick settings in your phone? You can access the quick settings if you drag down the status bar in your phone.

If you can't enable Wi-Fi in Settings or in the quick settings, I would recommend that you reboot your phone in safe mode so we can see if a third party application is the cause of this.

Should you still not be able to activate Wi-Fi in safe mode, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the internal storage, so creating a backup using Xperia Companion is advised before you start with the repair.

good day, sorry, I tried to repair that same device with Xperia Companion and does not recognize the device after the restart of it, so it does not proceed to the repair process, what can I do in that case?

I'm afraid that the Xperia E has not reached it's end of support and you are no longer able to perform a software repair, as the software is no longer available.

@Manu-G-G, You can take a look at the developer part of our Support forum and they may be able to assist you with flashing with the device, but that is not something that I will be able to assist you with.
