No idea how to do it but I need someone to tell me how to stop an 07 number from texting me. It's getting kinda urgent now. I know how to stop calls but not texts.

Hi @Abi1511,

Welcome to the community.

There is no way to block text messages in the default app. You will need to download a third party messaging app, for example TrueMessenger. Please be aware that Sony cannot provide support for third party apps however, so for assistance with whatever app you choose you will need to contact the developer.

I would have thought that a 'blocking' app would be complimentary. It should be included in default. I'm going to have to get a new phone, as for the nature of job I do, I need this facility. I am so upset. I know it's Sonys fault and would hope for a reply from them, but I know it will never happen!
