Cannot transfer apps to SD card

I bought a 64GB micro SD for my 25th, and while I can save camera images and video to it I cannot move apps over to it.

When I select an app I want to move, go to storage and then select location->sd card the progress bar gets stuck on 10% for anything up to 5 minutes before the phone resets itself. The app never gets moved. I've tried with lots of downloaded apps, and none work.

Help! What am I doing wrong?

The micro sd card is a Lexar class 10 (10MB/s) 64GB

I've just read the thread you linked but it's not the same issue I'm getting.

The thread is about why apps still take up room on the internal storage when moved to sd.

My problem is that the phone hangs when I try to move anything.

They was a typo in my first message. I bought the SD card for my E5.

Did you ever find a solution? Same thing happens with mine, and there isn't enough internal storage for the apps I want.
