No Game menu with new software

I have the tv XR-A75K

In software information say that support game menu bar etc..

But when i press the '123' button nothing pop up... feature not available

Any suggestions?

With XR-A75K you shouldn't have the remote control with the "123" button 🤔

It should not accept it if the TV is updated to the same firmware.

But i don't understand the reason that don't have the Game menu.. hope to fix that issue in next update

Hey @Nasoskontolatis

Adding to what @Marino.Manolo said

can you make sure that you're setting the picture mode of the TV on the Game mode? Display & Sound → Picture → Picture mode → Game.

Also, using an HDMI cable connected to eARC port to the TV.

The picture mode turn to game mode automatically with ps5...

I don't understand why they said that my model support it..

Anyway it is ridiculous..

Because i have see the a75k with the new remote in some Sony sites..

Hey Nasoskontolatis, what is the full model number of your TV please? I understand that you're after the game menu, not the game picture setting, correct?

What do you get when you press the Quick settings button BTW?

I don't get the game menu bar

Reading the support article it seems your TV is simply not supported (being not enlisted in the list of applicable products)...

It is not Cristal clear but also in the software it say only for model with remote 123 and it doesn't change if you by aftermarket buy a remote with the button....
