topic Audio dropouts A95K in Android TV

I have an A95K TV and an A7000 soundbar and have had problems with the sound, Audio dropouts when I watched movies in Dolby Atmos and and Dolby Digital 5.1. I then went into the audio output settings and changed Earc from auto to off and that helped on the problem. Hope Sony fixes it in a firmware update.

I would contact Sony Support for your Country or Region.

Hi @TheRealKjalarr, is there an audio system connected to the TV or are you using the TV's speakers? Also, what is the exact software version installed on your TV? Have you tried resetting the sound settings? and how often does this happen? does it happen with certain apps or content?

The problem is solved with Sony support. Cleared system cache and set audio output to audio passthrough
