49x8305cbu 49" tv digital tuning frozen on set up

I have done the freesat tuning ok but trying to tune the digital ariel and it seems to have frozen, no button i press to come out of it seems to work

what can i do, bar turning the tv off

If the TV has completely frozen, the best thing to do is turn it off for a couple of minutes from the wall plug, then try again. If it happens again, ensure you have the lastest firmware installed, then factory reset the tv.

Thanks I have done that

now the complecated thing of trying to figure the tv out, is there a wa y to go back and set up google as i skipped that on set up,

and also evertime i select tv it says select channels to view and then a menu keeps coming up up with the tv channel in the background very hard to use
