    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, make sure that your TV is running on the latest software version from this &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-xg80xx_x80xxg_xg81xx-series/kd-43xg8196/software/00282916" target="_blank"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;, try to disable YouvVew, remove the aerial and tune without the aerial. After that plug back the aerial and then enable YouVIew and tune in channels and try to use the apps. &amp;nbsp;I hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>KD-43XG8196 All4 and My5 not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve eventually managed to get ITV Hub working on my &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt; KD-43XG8196&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;(emptying cachés etc.), but still can’t get ITVHub or My5 to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I click on either, I’m able to select a &amp;nbsp;programme, then a series of adverts play but the requested programme doesn’t follow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a few posts I’ve noted that apps like ITVHub, All4 and My5 seem to work through YouView, so I wonder why ITVHub works when the other two don’t.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any solution to this problem - one that hopefully don’t involve a full reset ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
