    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought my Sony KD-55AF8 in 2019 and was able to use the BBC iPlayer with no problems until a few months ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can logon ok but the programme I choose will not load, I get the following message instead:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Something went wrong loading this programme.&amp;nbsp; This is usually a temporary problem.............&amp;nbsp; Error Code 02056"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After reading about similar problems with iPlayer, I performed a factory reset (I won't be doing that again after problems getting back onto Netflix &amp;amp; Amazon Prime) and updated the software on the TV. I still have the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can, however, access iPlayer via my Virgin Media Tivo box, so the problem is with the TV not iPlayer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are Sony still investigating this and will they be issuing a software update or do I have to stick with Virgin Media and its less than perfect reliability.?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
