KD-49XH9505 apps disappeared from source button ribbon

Twice now most of my apps have disappeared from the ribbon that comes up after clicking the source button, leaving me just with iPlayer and My5 (I'm in the UK).

I have already made a full reset which brought the ability to add them back for a couple of weeks, but now they have disappeared again.

All the apps are accessible via the Home screen with no issue. The TV's firmware is fully up to date.

Has anyone else had similar issues, or does anyone have any ideas why this is happening, and has some advice on how to resolve the issue?

If you make search in the community you may find that it was already discussed and it is due to a problem with the now TV app.
