Hi, have recently purchased a KE48 a9 TV and am using it with a SKY Q box. I am struggling to get rid of the station logo that appears in the top left hand corner. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Maxstickland,

are you talking about the watermark of the respective TV station?

If yes - that is embedded in the video feed and you can not get rid of it.

In case you are referring to something else - please take a photo of it and upload it in your next reply.

Hi Nic, yes, I think that is what it is. I find it very intrusive but guess I will have to live with it. Thank you for replying.

yes, it is annoying, that is why I watch my series/movies from Blu-Ray or via a streaming service of my choice - no ads, no watermarks.

Hi Nic, don't think we are talking at cross purposes but just to be sure the logos/watermarks that I was referring to are such as ITV, BBC etc, thanks again for responding.

yes, those watermarks are embedded in the video feed itself and you can't get rid of them.

Movies/Series on Blu-Ray and on Streaming Services don't carry a watermark, but cost money as oppose to freeview TV channels.
