I have carried out the 13 Oct 15 firmware upgrade, undertaken a factory reset and power cycle, but my wifi connection is lost as soon as I switch on my Sony Home Theatre System (BDV-E670W). The BTHub3 router is working fine with other systems.

This problem has persisted since purchasing the TV three weeks ago and I have been able to deduce that it appears to be a conflict with the sound system. I therefore ran the television for two days after the firmware upgrade without switching on the sound system and the wifi connection was stable throughout. However, as soon as the sound system is switched on the wifi connection is lost. A fresh power cycle has had no effect.

The initial problem was reported to the technical support group but no help was forthcoming. Does anyone have any suggestions?
