KD-65X8509C - favorites get lost and freeze observed

Hi,

I just got KD-65X8509C. Great picture but terrible buggy functionality.

Most important favorites are getting lost after day or two (again and again) and every now and then TV gets "tired", stops responding, offers me "home" screen (without asking) and that's it. Then I can get only grey screen (new term by smart TVs) and when I switch TV off, screen goes off immediately, but voice continue to play for couple of minutes ...and after several minutes reboot is comming and TV starts again working OK for couple of hours, and the same story repeats again.

Has someone similar experience?

I have called to technical support but got no relevant info, just suggesting reset it to manufacturing defaults (unlogical to me to new TV comming from factory reset to factory defaults) otherwise just statent that this TVs are too new and ... simply knowledge database is empty. 😞

I am rather disapointed what I got for 2.5k EUR

24 Oct 2015 - exactly the same symtoms on my device, same advice from Sony, Storage Reset.

This has happened 5 times in the last two weeks, geeting very angry especially the cost.

So next step is speak to retailer about a full refund.

Same here KD-558508C.

Also channels cannot be scroled in the desired order inside lists.
