Hi guys need help asap god knows what I've pressed on remote but got no sound coming through tv and this symbol appeared like a small speaker in a box as on pic this pic is side on btw. Please does anyone know how to get sound back on many thanks

Hi Girv50,

Did you push the mute button on the remote accidental?

If this doesn't help please reboot the TV by holding down the power button on the remote by around 5 seconds.

If you're watching content from an external input, make sure it's not muted too.

Hey there Martynas82, could you tell me what's the model number of your device? Are you using a sound system? Or any other external devices? What exactly happens with you?
