Constant tv re-booting and no fix so far! KD-49X8309C Android tv

My KD-49X8309C tv has stopped working. It froze in the middle of operation and is now stuck in an endless reboot regime and I cannot restart it. I have tried updating the firmware by USB 3 times per Sony's procedure which has not worked:

This has not worked either. Any other advice please?
