Sound problem when pausing Dolby Atmos Film

I have a Sony TV KD43XG839. Sky Q Box 4K capable and Sony soundbar HT-X8500 all connected via HDMI cables.

When watching film in UHD Dolby Atmos sound if I leave the room and pause the movie when I return and continue

play there is no sound. I have to switch TV and Sky box off and back on log back into the film to get sound on again.

Any help please. Thanks
