hello im having an issue after connecting the sonos arc to my tv. its the only thing plugged in, as i just use the native apps. my problem is i keep losing sound while video keeps playing. i only get the sound back by restarting the tv or sometimes just powering it off and back on again. ive tried all the settings i can over the last week and even tried a factory reset but still keep losing sound. any help on this would be great.

got a hold of Sony yesterday turns out it's a bug that they are aware of and are working on the fix. turning off audio passthrough seems to have fixed my issue for now.
