TV power is on but no screen displays

Hi I have a Sony TV KD-55XG8796

I have only had it a couple of months.

The TV is usually on standby and when I go to put it on nothing happens, the TV received the signal but no screen comes on. I am having to switch off from power and then re power up, the screen then comes on.

Any ideas?

Hi @sarbsingh

As it is only a couple of months old, you need to go back to the Retailer.

If you want to try something, then try a Reset (probably needs a Factory Reset). This often solves these strange glitches.
