We have just bought a Sony bravos 4k65 and after watching TV or a film some background relaxation music starts playing. Can anyone advise how I disable this function please.

Hello @Miffy72,

while this is just an assumption - it could be, that the TV was set up in kind of a "store" mode.

I though never heard that the TV plays music then.

Can you make a recording of the TV (with a smartphone) while it plays said music and upload the video to YouTube and link to it here?

Hey,

Please, try the basics first, and if the issue remains, post a video for us to get a better idea of what you're experiencing.

- Check that the software version on the TV is up-to-date: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-xe80xx_x80xxe_xe83xx-series/kd-49xe8004/software/00282916
- Disconnect all external devices connected to the TV, including the Aerial/Satellite.
- Unplug TV from mains and plug it back in after 2 minutes.
