Bravia TV KDL-43W755C - no sound with picture, remote or TV buttons don't work

Hi,

I've had the above TV since November 2015 and on 3 seperate occaisions it does the following:

Switches on with a picture but no sound
The remote contol doesn't respond (SKY or Sony remote for TV functions)
The buttons on the back of the TV don't respond

This means that you can't do anything - you can't get into the settings etc. Unplugging it for 30 mins or so does nothing. If you leave it unplugged all night in the morning it works like nothing was ever wrong with it!

Any thoughts?

Thankyou, it isn't unfortunate as at least Sony are aware. I was thinking that I may need to send my TV for a repair!
